STRESS

Oh dear!!!! What a topic!!!! Nowadays, this is one of the most common words that are heard everywhere we go. The reason is simple: we all suffer from stress.

Images like the ones below are part of our everyday life:

Lots of things to be done at work.
Many tasks to achieve at school.
Tons of housework and parenting duties to be taken care of.
No time left to rest enough and recharge for the coming day.

Then, this is how we may end up:

These may be some consequences that might be faced:

Suffering headaches on a daily basis.

Some people end up becoming addicted to caffeine,  pills, or any drug that can help them stay awake and  catch up with all their duties and tasks.
Some others may start overeating or consuming lots of junk food.
As a result of all this, our whole body starts feeling sick, tired, and depressed.
What can be done to help ourselves?

Take some time out for yourself.
Share quality time with your couple and family.

Practice meditation or any other relaxation technique.

Take one step at a time.
Life's too short to be stressed out!!! Enjoy every single minute of your journey in this world.
 Finally,
